Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
Support inventory control, billing accuracy, staff scheduling, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Immediate Joiner or 1 month Notice period is preferred.
