Role Overview

CARS24

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Onboarding & Engagement

    : Source and activate new dealers (NCDs), maintain relationships, and conduct regular visits to address dealer needs.
  • Lead Management & Deal Closure

    : Distribute customer leads to dealers, track lead status (hot/lost), assist with deal closures, and monitor retail confirmations.
  • Escalation & Feedback

    : Handle dealer escalations, collect feedback, and implement improvement plans.
  • Performance Tracking

    : Monitor performance metrics, coach dealers to enhance productivity, and drive revenue via VAS upsells.

Work Environment & Compensation

  • Travel

    : Regular dealership visits (typically weekly or twice weekly).
  • Hours

    : 6day working week with 9- to 12-hour shifts based on region.
  • Salary Range

    : Best in the industry.
