Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems (rooftop and ground-mounted).
Coordinate and manage electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and renewable energy standards.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project execution.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for progress reporting and issue resolution.
Monitor and document site activities, progress, and material usage.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in electrical supervision within renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid, inverters, panels, BOS).
Familiarity with relevant electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, local regulations).
Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and layouts.
Willingness to travel and work on remote project sites.
