About the Role

As Assistant Manager HR Generalist, you will play a dual role in managing both HR operations and talent acquisition. This position offers hands-on exposure to payroll, employee data management, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagementproviding a complete foundation for a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Support post-selection processes such as documentation, background checks, and salary discussions while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Handle end-to-end payroll management, including salary processing, statutory deductions, Full & Final settlements, and compliance reporting.
Maintain accurate employee records covering payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR practices that foster a positive workplace culture.
Implement effective retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Prepare HR reports, and data summaries, and leverage HRIS software, and MS Office tools to streamline HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in HR/Payroll/Recruitment, OR
MBA (HR) Freshers with strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
