Having experience of Nickel & Chrome Plating on MS parts. Should have knowledge of alkaline copper and Acid Copper on Zinc Die-casting. Should have knowledge of Barrel Plating Process. Knowledge of ETP, STP, RO, DM Plant

1. Time estimation & Process planning of incoming press tools, Moulds, Jig & Fixtures. 2. Good Knowledge of Sheet Metal Dies, Manufacturing process along with VMC, Wirecut, EDM, Conventional Machines & Fitting Work etc.

*Electrical Machines/Equipment's Maintenance *To evaluate electrical system *Implement Preventive,Predictive and Corrective maintenance schedule *Commissioning and installation of machine,utility equipment, HT, LT lines, panels, transformers, DG sets

Should be knowledge of Press Shop Operations Knowledge of Sheet Metal & defect analysis and remedies knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical presses, Knowledge of progressive and compound tools, and the overall power press process

Day to Day Planning of Material, Lean Manufacturing,Advance Planning,Effective Communication,overall Planning,Production related,coordination horizontal+across for effective utilization of resources.

• Mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment. • Breakdown maintenance , Preventive and predictive maintenance • Maintain and update ISO documentation, • Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pumps, CNC machines, press shop, moulding machines.

> Prepare and manage Import/Export documentation > Create and process invoices accurately > Maintain and update records using Excel > Work with SAP for data entry and reporting > Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

•Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment. •Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of utilities equipment including: DG Sets, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Transformers,Electrical Equipments

>Design products from concept to release, create technical drawings, manage timelines, and conduct cost analysis. >Evaluate material suitability and stay updated on new material technologies. >Create and maintain Bill of Materials.

Role & responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the PPC team, ensuring effective performance and professional growth. Plan Adherence Review: Regularly review adherence reports to compare planned versus actual production outcomes. Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary. Export Order Management: Oversee and manage activities related to export orders, ensuring alignment with production schedules and compliance with export regulations. Production Planning: Develop detailed production plans based on sales forecasts and demand data. Adjust plans as required to meet changing demands and optimize resource utilization. Inventory Management: Monitor and track Finished Goods (FG) and Work In Process (WIP) inventory levels. Implement strategies to manage inventory effectively and minimize excess stock. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Purchase team to ensure timely procurement of materials. Work closely with the Corporate PPC Team and Marketing Team to align on production schedules and promotional activities. System Management: Utilize SAP PP Module to manage production planning processes, track production metrics, and generate reports. Ensure the system is effectively used for all PPC activities. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PPC function. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in production planning.

JD MIS Sales Executive/Senior Executive The MIS Sales Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overall management of all reports that are maintained. Provide real-time analytical support to various leadership teams over issues such as productivity and other parameters. KRA Ensure deliverables (daily, weekly, monthly MIS Reports & Dashboards) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements Regular correspondence with various departments Required to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-process or for the entire process Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights that can help in effective decision making and then pass this on to the relevant department within the company Provide Sales Trend Analysis Reports to the management Understand processes & requirements and generate standard Excel sheets for the Operations team REQUIREMENTS:- A minimum of 5+ years of MIS experience Strong experience in MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet and Database Should be well versed with Advance Excel. E.g. (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, CALCULATIONS, COUNTIF, FORMULAS ETC) Word (formatting, mail merges) and PowerPoint.etc Should have a very good communication skill.
