SUMMARY

Enterprise Network Operations Professionals

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Operations Professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Network Operations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 2 years of relevant experience in this field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for independently performing tasks, contributing to team discussions, and providing solutions to work-related problems. You will also assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support, provide training and guidance to junior team members, and manage and resolve client issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Enterprise Network Operations
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support
Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills
Manage and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently

Requirements

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations
2 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Network Operations
Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations
Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis
Ability to manage and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently
Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with network operations
15 years of full-time education
