Looking for:
Someone with 1-2 year experience in any IT infra related work.Should have understanding of computes/windows/Linux/ftp/dns/dhcp.Some basic troubleshooting exposure will be plus ;how to troubleshoot if a web site is down sitting at NOC/

Required Candidate profile

What will you do if a dns does not resolve to a proper name/how will you troubleshoot internally from NOC if an external site is down and you have access to the servers from backend..
