🌍 About the Role

AGM/DGM – International Business Development

🔑 Key Responsibilities

·        Drive business growth across CIS countries – Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, etc.

·        Identify new markets, appoint distributors, and lead market-entry strategies.

·        Manage relationships with partners, tender authorities, regulatory bodies, and government institutions.

·        Oversee dossier submissions, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory compliance as per CIS norms.

·        Monitor and execute government tenders, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations.

·        Develop country-wise budgets, forecasts, revenue plans, and profitability analysis.

·        Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, RA, SCM, and Export Documentation to ensure smooth order execution.

·        Ensure compliance with EU-GMP, CIS regulations, and international quality requirements.

·        Travel to CIS markets for business development, regulatory follow-ups, and partner meetings.

🎓 Qualifications

·        B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc.

·        MBA in International Business/Marketing preferred.

10–18 years

EU-approved/EU-GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing companies

·        Strong understanding of CIS regulatory norms, product registrations, tender processes, and commercial frameworks.
