Role & responsibilities

Experience: HVAC Product / Project sales / execution in Bangalore Region with minimum 4-5years

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Proficiency in English
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Responsibility :

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and meeting.
Set up meetings with potential clients and make daily meetings
Prepare quotation and technical submittal for customer and designer.
Create frequent reviews and reports as per standard procedure.
Achievement of sales Target.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
