Role Description

• Conduct detailed reviews (hindsighting) of processed loan applications, underwriting, disbursements, and related documentation.• Identify deviations, errors, or process gaps in credit and operations and recommend corrective measures.Root cause analysis of quick mortality cases of Home Loan and Msme loan• Prepare periodic hindsighting reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.• Track implementation of corrective and preventive actions identified during reviews.• Support training initiatives by sharing key learnings and best practices from hindsighting findings.• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal controls, and company SOPs.•Maintain documentation and audit trail for all hindsighting activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Eye for detail and high accuracy in review processes.Good understanding of NBFC operations, loan lifecycle, and credit risk management.Good understanding of legal and technical aspects of collateral security Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance norms.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.

Qualification & Experience:
