Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize high-frequency, low-latency trading systems and algorithms for financial markets.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to turn trading ideas into executable code.
• Implement, test, and monitor electronic trading strategies, market connectivity, and order execution infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system stability in live environments.
• Analyze real-time trading signals, conduct back testing, and improve existing models.
• Manage risk parameters and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-frequency trading firm or similar low-latency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ is almost always required; Java, Python, or Rust are valued extras.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OS-level performance tuning for real-time systems.
• Functional knowledge of futures, options, or other derivatives markets is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills suitable for a high-pressure, team-oriented setting.
• Prior experience with network protocols, market data feeds, or trading infrastructure is expected.
