Define architectural models around PLM fundamentals and PLM strategy Create and handover solutions document to the development teams (internal SKF and/ IT suppliers) and ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies within the PLM area; make recommendations for system enhancements, modifications, and functionalities Build new system configuration, customization/development to aid current and future requirements for PLM Drive best practices and methodologies during major rollouts to the existing PLM environment Key Skill & Knowledge Profile: Proven experience of defining solutions and implementing Windchill PDMLink and Creo Parametric In-depth knowledge and working experience with core PLM Modules (Part/BOM management, CAD management, ECM management, Options and Variant mgmt.,) Strong exposure to PLM Data model architecture preferably Windchill Programming knowledge of Java, JSP, HTML and XML is mandatory Knowledge of PTC Thingworx and python programming is an added advantage Ability to convert business needs into tangible solutions Good understanding of IT domain: software, software development, hardware, network, databases; Know-How of PLM and ERP Systems Able to work in an Agile team environment Knowledge on Design processes, Application Engineering process, Sales process is preferred Candidate Profile : Master s or bachelor s degree in mechanical or computer engineering stream 7-10 Years of relevant functional work experience. Role & responsibilities Operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces and related equipment to alter the physical and mechanical properties of the metal components in accordance with production requirements and quality standard. Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces, ovens and quenching system, load and unload parts into fixtures and furnaces according process specification. Preferred candidate profile Candidate having 1 to 2 years of experience in handling heat treatment operations. Education No bar.

1. Ensuring/Carrying Setups of each Heat tratment batch 2. Ensuring ontime inspection by completing all inspection parameters without dispatches delay. 3. To ensure shift wise process parameters of all Contineous, Batch, bell & pit type furnaces, indpendently without any HT people involvent. 4.To maintain all Metallurgical & Mechanical testing equipment in working condition at any time. 5. To maintain the laboratory (inspection) activities live in 24X7 with help of inspectors. 6. To endure all the sample equipment are in working condition. 7. Ensuring 5S activities in the laboratory & Sample preparation location. 8.Rootcause analysis on quality problems along with CFT 9. Training of New operators on cold forging and Rolling machines. 10. Control on Non conforming HT products 11.On time calibration & Handling and Maintenance of testing measuring devices properly
