Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; and performing acceptance tests. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements. Keeps equipment kit operating ready by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; and calling for repairs. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential Provide site layout planning to the client for the new industry setup Required Skills Hands-on experience in handling various tools and equipment for installation Quick learner Good Communication Skills Ability to travel (75% traveling required at PAN India) Ability to work under pressure Mechatronics Course Required.
