Job Description

  • Scope of Working Customer complaints, Lab, Calibration, In-process Quality, Final Inspection,

Lean activities, QMS.

  • Handling Customer Complaints (MSIL/TKM/SMG/TVS) and prepare/submit adequate root cause analysis reports to customer.
  • Regular interactions with customers for enriching its requirements as per defined system.
  • Controlling and minimizing In-house & Customer end PPM with solving Quality related issues
  • Responsible for driving and initiating improvement activities in-plant for Quality and Lean processing.
  • Controlling and executing shop floor quality disciplines
  • Assured consistence quality of production by implementing and enforcing Quality Practice System.
  • Controlling and minimizing In-house & Customer end PPM with solving Quality related issues.
  • Collaborated with Customer Audits and action owners to apply root cause analysis guidance and establish effective.
  • Consistently review customer CSRs and follow the same.
  • Passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement active member of CFT team of NPD which initiates PPAP documentation for OEM & Supplier.
