Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor
Project Quality Plans (PQP)
as per Sobha Quality Systems
Ensure quality control for
RCC works, finishing works, waterproofing, faade, and MEP coordination
Conduct
site inspections, audits, and stage-wise quality checks
Ensure compliance with
IS Codes, NBC, ISO 9001
, and project specifications
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, including vendor coordination
Manage
NCRs, corrective actions, and defect closure
Coordinate material testing and maintain quality documentation
Support final inspections, snag clearance, and project handover

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in
high-rise residential construction
Knowledge of
luxury finishes and premium quality standards
Expertise in
RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and MEP interfaces
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

3 to 8 years of QA/QC experience in
high-rise residential or luxury projects
Exposure to
large-scale residential towers
Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Experience working with reputed real estate developers preferred
