1. Monitor and control process parameters & Quality Control KPI's. to ensure product compliance with customer requirements (Control Limits) in Hot Forging, CNC machining, assembly and Inspection.
2. Lead a team of QA In-Process Inspectors for qualitative outputs.
3. Knowledge of GD&T and Mechanical Drawings.
4. Driving capability improvement projects in Shop Floor.
5. Reporting Daily QA issues in from Shop floor and monitoring Customer Complaint actions.
6. Delivering Process Audits and controls their closures with effective Preventive actions.
7. Use quality tools as 5 Why, Ishikawa Diagram, 8D, etc.) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
8. Support new process development and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) on line.
9. Monitor in-process quality performance and scrap generation; analyze trends and plan reduction activities.
10. Support initiatives for defect reduction, yield improvement, and cost savings through process optimization.
11. Drive Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Quality practices on the shop floor.
12. Support cross-functional teams for improvement projects.
