Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt after-sales service to customers at site Perform installation, commissioning , and maintenance of equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical complaints efficiently Support customers to maximize equipment uptime Conduct leak testing and brazing without failure Work closely with the spares team for timely parts dispatch Deliver on-site customer training and assist junior technicians Actively participate in product/process improvement initiatives Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and relationship building Skills & Attributes Required: Expertise in refrigeration system installation & servicing Good communication and customer service orientation Basic knowledge of electrical/instrumentation components Proficiency in brazing and leak testing Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
