Specialist in Sand Plant operations using Mixture machines and any other AC systems over the sand plant.
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Heat Treatment Operators to join our manufacturing team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces and equipment to alter the physical and mechanical properties of metal parts. The role requires adherence to safety standards, process specifications, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and maintain heat treatment furnaces, ovens, and related equipment (e.g., quenching tanks, hardness testers).Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and safety protocols.Set up heat treatment parameters such as time, temperature, atmosphere, and quench cycle.Inspect materials before and after heat treatment to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.Record process data and maintain accurate logs and reports.Perform hardness and other mechanical property testing as required.Handle materials using hoists, cranes, or forklifts (if certified).Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from process to the supervisor.Follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards at all times.Collaborate with quality control and production teams for process improvements.
