are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our India-based team supporting U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) staffing. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified RNs and allied healthcare professionals to meet client workforce needs across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting expertise, familiarity with nursing licensure and credentialing processes, and the ability to manage candidates through every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and allied healthcare professionals for U.S.-based placements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates using job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding activities with hiring managers and compliance teams.
  • Manage candidate engagement, communication, and follow-up to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Track and maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about U.S. healthcare staffing trends, licensing regulations, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fulfillment targets and quality placement standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically recruiting RNs or clinical staff.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, or similar.
  • Understanding of U.S. healthcare credentialing, immigration, and licensing processes (NCLEX, IELTS, CGFNS is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven recruitment environment.
