UK Healthcare Recruiter

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified

  nurses, carers, and support staff

  for UK healthcare clients.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to placement confirmation.
• Coordinate with UK consultants and compliance teams to ensure documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using CRM/ATS systems.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients through professional communication.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in UK healthcare recruitment (temp or perm).
• Strong understanding of

  Right to Work, DBS, and compliance

  processes.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in

  UK time zone (1 PM – 10 PM IST)

  .
• Prior experience with job boards such as

  CV-Library, Reed, or Indeed UK

  preferred.
