• Communicate with patients and healthcare professionals to confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate records and manage booking systems efficiently
• Handle calls and emails professionally, ensuring timely responses
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written in English)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in coordination or customer support is a plus
• Familiarity with UK healthcare systems is an added advantage (but not mandatory)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
