Experience And Qualifications Masters in Business Administration Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Consulting or Minimum 2 years of experience of Business Consulting with focus on Technology Advisory Experience in any of Manufacturing, Healthcare & Lifesciences, BFSI, Energy & Resources sectors Understanding of one or more industry market conditions and trends Understanding of multiple core business processes Exposure to running client workshops to identify technology initiatives Experience in working with client stakeholders across levels – shopfloor to CXOs Experience in AI projects / products Experience in working with Agile Tools would be good Practical client experience across consulting lead to closure cycle - including presales, sales, planning, design, and delivery. Exposure to Design Thinking methodology would be good Ability to work in teams (multi-functional) and manage difficult conversations with exceptional interpersonal skills.
