Job Description Desired Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development, scripting, and/or automation, with a strong focus on Conversational AI and Intelligent Automation. 2+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-based GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases. Solid experience in Python programming and modern front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Streamlit). Proficiency in cloud services, especially AWS and Microsoft Azure; experience with Copilot stack or OpenAI integrations. Strong understanding of NLP concepts, dialog systems, prompt engineering, and multi-turn conversational design. Experience with database design and querying (MongoDB, MySQL, RDBMS) and working knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Must come financial services/capital markets/investment banking Excellent Analytical skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Open to work in UK Shift (10 Am to 9 Pm IST with 8 hours of productive work) Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end Conversational AI solutions using AWS, Microsoft Azure (including Copilot stack), and OpenAI APIs. Lead development of intelligent virtual agents using Generative AI techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures. Build and deploy advanced bot solutions using Python, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and front-end tools like Streamlit or Angular. Integrate conversational flows with enterprise APIs, databases, and third-party tools using Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS/CLU, QnA Maker/CQA, Speech APIs, Spell Check, etc.). Design and optimize reusable prompt templates, tool definitions, and execution workflows in multi-agent or tool-augmented environments. Lead quality assurance by writing unit tests, reusable test cases, and participating in UAT and product testing cycles. Collaborate with product managers, testers, and business teams to ensure alignment with delivery goals. Coach and mentor junior team members on Conversational AI, Generative AI, and automation frameworks. Provide technical leadership and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leads. Continuously improve internal tools and developer processes; recommend best practices and contribute to platform scalability. Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and pursue certifications in relevant technologies.
