Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media handles –

  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube

  .
• Plan and execute

  monthly content calendars

  aligned with campaigns, events, and initiatives.

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging Reels and YouTube Shorts

  to showcase our impact.
• Develop posts, stories, and visual content to boost engagement and reach.
• Run and monitor

  paid ad campaigns

  on Meta and Google platforms.
• Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content and campaigns.
• Respond to DMs/comments and manage community interactions.
• Prepare

  monthly performance reports

  for review.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

✅ 1–2 years of experience in social media management & digital marketing (freshers with certification also welcome)

Reels, Shorts, and short-form video creation/editing

Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics

✅ Excellent writing, captioning, and storytelling skills

✅ Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

Previous experience working with an NGO will be an added advantage
