The Medico Marketing Professional acts as a vital link between the medical and marketing teams, ensuring that marketing strategies are scientifically accurate, ethically sound, and aligned with current medical standards. This role involves supporting product positioning, creating evidence-based promotional materials, and facilitating scientific communication between internal teams and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Building Relationships: - Developing and maintaining relationships with key medical experts, including physicians, researchers, and other healthcare providers, learn from the current practice and market trends. Providing Scientific Information: - develop expertise with help of the medical team and providing scientific and clinical data, educational materials, and training and credible information based on clinical outcomes from various trails/ studies etc to healthcare professionals. Supporting Research: -Supporting investigator-led research, managing investigator-initiated studies, and identifying data gaps. Gathering Insights: - Collecting insights from healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders and to help the medical and the marketing team to identify the gap, formulate concept and thus ensure Proper communication and Product Positioning Collaboration: -Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to ensure accurate and compliant messaging resulting into Sales Prospecting, Organizing - CMEs, scientific symposiums and help prepare data collection & analysis, facilitate data and prepare Presentation/ posters containing scientific evidence and highlighting benefits to the patients Field Visits: - Conducting field visits to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics involving multi-disciplinary stakeholders. Sales Closure – Work on creating customer leads & ensure leads are converted into actual business realization Maintaining Expertise: - Keeping updates on the latest development in a particular therapeutic segment/ disease area and engaging KOLs/KBLs with the latest in the field of their expertise Qualification: M Pharm, B Pharm, preferably with MBA Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a related field are preferred, but qualified fresh graduates may also be considered. Desirables: Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Quick learner having eye for finer details, should be scientifically oriented Should have Ability to build and maintain relationships with both the external and internal stakeholders.
