Designation - Head (Temp Staffing)
AKMV Consultants is a boutique financial service provider and an investment banking firm founded in the year 2018. It offers full range of services such as HR Advisory, warehousing solutions, Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate finance, fund raising, debt restructuring, strategy, implementation, and strategic advisory services. AKMV follows integrated advisory approach that draws upon its own strength in providing strategic and tactical expertise.
We are looking for a Head of Temp staffing vertical. A profit center head who can manage Stakeholders, payroll and payroll related compliances and cash flow. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of compliance, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), compensation structures, maintaining accurate records, and a strong understanding of government business processes. Additionally, this role includes business development responsibilities to grow the client base.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding services, payroll matter, MIS & other – as may be needed from time to time.
· Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
· Provide regular updates and reports to clients on payroll status and issues.
· Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for temporary staff.
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
· Handle TDS calculations and filings in compliance with government regulations.
· Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidential.
· Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll and staffing.
· Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
· Manage relationships with government bodies and agencies for compliance-related matters.
· Develop and manage compensation structures
· Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
· Conduct regular reviews of compensation policies and practices.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
1. Education: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
2. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in payroll processing, temporary staffing, or related roles.

2. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
3. Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
4. Familiarity with compensation management and structures and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
