Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Texila American University in India, your role involves contributing to and ensuring the delivery of In-country's overall Sales strategy. This includes line management and mentoring of Business Development Managers and Enrollment Advisors in India. You will also represent the university at education fairs and events in India and potentially across South Asia. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with Indian schools, universities, agencies, and other key stakeholders - Travel domestically in India and potentially across India to attend educational events and meet with stakeholders - Oversee systemized communications with students, schools, universities, and agencies to meet clear KPIs - Deliver engaging student-facing sessions at schools, universities, and education events - Oversee 'enquiry funnelling' operation to maximize conversion of potential students - Capture and analyze data to inform future strategy and budgetary decisions - Work with the In-country Projects team to manage the development of itineraries for visiting academics and officials - Ensure all KPIs and targets are met - Execute In-country's annual budget plan for the University Qualifications Required: - A first degree or equivalent qualification - Proven understanding of the India international student recruitment market - Experience working in the education sector in India or elsewhere - Experience in managing projects and delivering to tight deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills and skills of diplomacy and persuasion - Capacity for new and independent thinking in a marketing setting - Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision - Willingness to travel within India and abroad - Excellent people management and motivational skills Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.
