Role Overview

The Head of Sales will lead the company’s overall sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. This role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, expand partnerships, and position DigiSecuritas as a preferred security solutions partner across industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the annual sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Set revenue targets, sales forecasts, and performance KPIs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive penetration across sectors.

Client & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead strategic negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Strengthen ties with system integrators, OEMs, and technology partners.

Business Development

  • Drive lead generation initiatives and expand customer footprints.
  • Collaborate with marketing for demand generation, brand visibility, and product positioning.
  • Introduce new sales models, pricing strategies, and cross-selling opportunities.

Operational & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure solution fit and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data, pipeline reporting, and sales process compliance.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to influence product direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 04-06 years of sales experience.
  • Proven record of achieving aggressive sales targets and building scalable teams.
  • Experience in security solutions, SaaS, surveillance systems, or technology sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
