Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Sales Head, your primary mandate will be to drive aggressive revenue growth, deliver

against sales targets, and build a performance-driven sales culture across our real estate

projects. You will own top-line performance, create data-backed sales strategies, and

continuously optimize the sales funnel to ensure consistent conversion and customer success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a high-impact sales strategy that directly contributes to top-line

growth and aligns with business goals.

  • Build, lead, and motivate a target-oriented sales team, ensuring team KPIs are linked

to individual and organizational revenue outcomes.

  • Monitor and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performanceincluding lead

response time, conversion rates, and closure velocity.

  • Create data-driven sales projections, forecasts, and performance dashboards to

report revenue impact to the leadership team.

  • Leverage deep market knowledge to work with Marketing team and corporate leadership

team in developing competitive pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies that

drive volume.

  • Design and execute successful go-to-market and product launch plans, including

pricing, bundling, and sales channel activation.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, Performance marketing and pre-sales teams to

optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion pipelines.

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, HNIs, institutional investors,

and brokers to drive bulk and repeat business.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process, automation tools, and customer

experience through continuous innovation.

  • Develop and enforce a culture of accountability, performance tracking, and

continuous improvement within the sales function.

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across all residential and commercial projects, with a

sharp focus on profitability and market share growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the real estate

sector, preferably High Rise, Villas or mixed-use developments.

  • Proven track record of consistent sales targets and scaling sales teams in high-growth

environments.

  • In-depth understanding of local and geographical market dynamics, consumer behavior,

and sales cycles.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong

command of sales analytics.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, performance-focused, and strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial

drive.

  • Should be able to conduct regular training session for substantial growth the team

members.

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
