Job Description

SUMMARY

Professional with two decades of experience and exposure on Quality Management, including Automotive QMS & Business Excellence

Responsible for Quality Management strategy deployment across site

Responsible & accountable for Quality management functional deliverables, including those of Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering and Quality Management Systems

Responsible for effective Customer Interface function including A-CSR (Proactive) and Customer complaints & concerns (Reactive)

Responsible for monitoring the Automotive Audit Approach including Product, Process and System audits, LPA, VDA 6.3 and PPAP audit

Responsible for Quality Assurance metric, including COPQ and Customer Score cards on Q Parameters

Responsible for driving Quality culture across site, including Improvement Projects (Six sigma, QCC, SGA, Kaizen)

Liasoning the third party audit on QMS & IATF

Responsible for monitoring the KPIs of functional resources and

Responsible for Training Need Identification (TNI) of functional resources

Requirements

Academics: BE or B Tech

MBA TQM or MBA Project Management (preferred)

Work experience:

Automotive OEM and / or Tier 1 Automotive Supply Chain

Knowledge:

QMS - ISO 9001:2015 (Certified Internal auditor, preferred)

Automotive QMS - IATF 16949:2016 (Certified Internal auditor, preferred)

A-CSR, A-Core tools, AIAG VDA FMEA

Automotive Audit Approach - Product, Process, System, Layered Process

VDA 6.3

Business Excellence - TQM, Deming Journey

Lean Six Sigma (Black belt, preferred)

Project Management (Preferred)

Information Security Management System (Preferred)

Supplier strategy deployment (Preferred)
