1. Lead the Plant Quality Assurance team in implementation of Quality Management system(QMS) throughout the plant.
2. Implementation and review of system documentation, records, schedules, Quality Plan
3. Ensure that all inspections and tests of raw materials, in process and finished products, Effluent, treated water are complied with in accordance with the approved specification and inspection and Test plan.
4. Supervising on-line Quality Control.
5. Preparing, conducting and maintaining the HACCP activities in the plant including approved work instructions, SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs.
6. Customer coordination, attending to the complaints and finding out Root Causes and taking corrective actions.
7. Corrective and preventive action against ISO, HACCP and BRCGS audit findings.
8. Audit Sanitation and hygiene standards as per the divisions approved standard sanitation operating procedure.
9. To fulfill statutory compliance of FSSAI, EIA, Halal.
10. Job training to microbiologist and Chemists. Regular upgradation of teams skills.
11. Verification of Pest control activities and checking their effectiveness.
Proven track record in managing QA teams and implementing quality systems
Experience in handling audits, hygiene protocols, and troubleshooting quality issues
