Job Purpose:

Strategic & Functional Planning
Procurement & Supplier Management
IMPORT Management (Global Suppliers Especially from Main SEA China, Korea, etc)
Inward Stores
Warehouse Management
Inventory Management
PPC
Dispatch & Logistics
Customer Management
Sourcing & NPD etc.

Major KRAs are:

Adherence to budgets within Supply Chain Function
New supplier / vendor development
No. of alternate sourcing initiatives
Cost reduction through various improvement initiatives
Availability of materials -- loss of production time due to materials availability,
% Adherence to all dispatch and delivery schedules
Additional freight cost management due to emergency purchase
Cost savings generated -- logistics cost, others
Inventory -- RM , FG values to target
Process improvement initiatives to achieve targeted cost savings / process optimization
Implementation of projects identified in RMC reduction workshops, E-Sourcing etc.
Internal audit report scores for function
Effective Supplier capacity planning
