Position Summary

Fulfillment Executive

The ideal candidate will be proactive and organized, responsible for ensuring smooth execution of supply chain operations, on-site resource coordination, and seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain weekly/monthly forecasts from customers and plan fulfillment accordingly.
  
• Monitor cycle times and consumption at Tier-1 and OEM locations; share daily MIS reports.
  
• Supervise and support On-Site Representatives (OSRs) to ensure process compliance and smooth operations.
  
• Manage daily stock issuance and returns through the asset tracking portal.
  
• Raise and track invoices; follow up on GRN/Service Entry and monitor payment collections.
  
• Conduct physical stock audits, report findings, and reconcile discrepancies.
  
• Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders and track invoiced quantities.
  
• Build strong operational relationships with customers and internal teams.
  
• Anticipate and prevent stock-out situations through proactive planning.
  
• Conduct monthly visits to customer locations to ensure operational alignment.
  
• Perform root cause analysis for damages and ensure timely repair.
  
• Submit monthly reports and actively participate in internal reviews and process improvement initiatives.
  

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical preferred)
  

Experience

• 2 - 4 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or customer operations (preferred)
  

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
  
• Fluency in a regional language and basic Hindi
  
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  
• Flexible, responsive, and able to work under pressure
  
• Professional handling of emails, calls, and time-sensitive requests
