Fulfillment Executive

Job Overview:

The Fulfillment Executive manages all fulfillment operations at the head office for the allocated locations . This role is responsible for ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, and coordination with Vendors , Logistic team & Sourcing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:

  Supervise the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including order receipt, processing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Inventory Control:

  Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations on the vendor panel.

• Coordination:

  Work closely with Sourcing, vendor and sales to align fulfillment activities with organizational needs and customer expectations.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance fulfillment efficiency and accuracy, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization.

• Supplier and Vendor Relations:

  Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery of products. Address any issues related to supply chain disruptions or order fulfillment.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all fulfillment activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

• Customer Service:

  Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to order fulfillment, working to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Technology Utilization:

  Utilize fulfillment and inventory management software to track orders, manage inventory, and generate reports
