Purpose & Scope of Position The Project Controls Engineer is responsible for the overall delivery of Project Controls. including Estimating, Cost Management, Planning and Scheduling, EPCM Control, Project Accounting, Trend and Change Management, Progress Measurement and Evaluation and Project Reporting. The Project Controls Engineer assures TCE procedures and best practices are applied to the project, as appropriate, and recommends changes where required. Experience Working knowledge of engineering, project control systems and construction management. This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience, mostly in cost engineering with a focus on the broad EPCM capital project execution. Knowledge in the use of Primavera Project Planner and MS Office package Qualification Postgraduate or graduate in an engineering discipline Professional Project Management Certification (preferable from PMI) or Post Graduate degree in Project Engineering and Management or Post Graduate degree in Advanced Construction Management Key Responsibilities 1. Develop, monitor, track, analyze, forecast, and report on project budgets, estimates to complete, commitments, expenditures, project progress and productivity, work plans and schedules, projects cost at completion, WBS cost coding, subcontracts, and change management 2. Support Project Managers with weekly/monthly forecast on projects and with monthly Operational Project Reviews 3.
