Head - Platforms & Technology

Purpose/Objective

The Head – Platforms and Technology leads the strategic planning, development, and optimization of digital platforms and tools across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring seamless integration of technology with business operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the digital platform strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Platform Governance: Oversee the lifecycle of digital platforms including selection, implementation, enhancement, and retirement. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure platform effectiveness and alignment. - Innovation & Optimization: Identify emerging technologies and lead initiatives to improve platform performance and user experience. - Risk & Compliance: Ensure platforms adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards. - Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of platform specialists and technologists. - Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track platform efficiency and impact.

Technical Competencies

Expertise in enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud-based solutions),Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and automation,Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and performance monitoring,Experience in managing digital transformation projects

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 12 years of experience in digital platforms, technology strategy, or enterprise systems management
