We are hiring a Head Pastry Chef to join our growing hospitality brand in Muscat, Oman.

West Bengal, Kolkata, India (Applicants must be willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman)

Salary: 250 OMR – 400 OMR per month (approx. ₹86,000 – ₹1,40,000)

Job Description

The Head Pastry Chef will oversee the pastry operations, develop new and exciting desserts, and ensure product consistency and quality across all locations.
This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise in pastry arts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the pastry team with professionalism and creativity.
• Develop and execute innovative, high-quality desserts and pastries.
• Maintain consistency in product standards across all outlets.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Stay updated on global pastry trends and incorporate them into our menu.
• Provide regular staff training to maintain skill development and efficiency.
• Conduct periodic visits to outlets to review production and presentation quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a leadership or head role.
• Strong creativity and innovation in pastry and dessert design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of international pastry techniques and standards.
• Ability to manage production schedules and ensure quality consistency.
