This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise in pastry arts. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the pastry team with professionalism and creativity. Develop and execute innovative, high-quality desserts and pastries. Maintain consistency in product standards across all outlets. Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with company standards. Stay updated on global pastry trends and incorporate them into our menu. Provide regular staff training to maintain skill development and efficiency. Conduct periodic visits to outlets to review production and presentation quality. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a leadership or head role. Strong creativity and innovation in pastry and dessert design. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of international pastry techniques and standards.
