Role Overview: As a Head Pastry Chef at Butter & Bloom Co., located in Dehradun, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of pastry items, artisanal breads, baked goods, lamination such as viennoiserie and croissants, along with other dessert offerings. Your daily tasks will include food preparation, baking, cooking, and ensuring that high-quality culinary standards are maintained. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while strictly adhering to food safety regulations.
