Head of V. A. S.


Role:


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define VAS vision and 1–3 year roadmap.
  • P&L & Commercials: Own revenue, pricing, bundling and margin targets.
  • Product Lifecycle: Lead ideation, pilots, launches and scale for core VAS and wholesale variants.
  • Business Development: Manage key accounts and partnerships to drive product penetration and distribution.
  • GTM & Promotions: Design go‑to‑market and promotional mechanics for large‑scale rollouts.
  • Operations & Contact Centre: Implement scalable, cost‑efficient contact centre/outbound models with strong data governance.
  • Customer & Payments: Ensure smooth onboarding, fulfilment and payment flows; improve CSAT/NPS.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure regulatory and data‑privacy compliance across offerings.
  • People Leadership: Build and mentor a cross‑functional VAS team.


Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce or related; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in product/commercial leadership with experience launching and scaling VAS or bundled products.
