Role Description

This is a Equity based remote role for a Head of Technology. The Head of Technology will oversee day-to-day IT operations, develop and implement IT strategies, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the alignment of technology initiatives with the company’s goals. The role will involve leading the IT team, managing budgets, and ensuring the optimal performance of IT systems, to support business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree will be an additional advantage.
• 10 years of experience in technology with last 3 years in leadership roles. Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry will be added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial services technology, ERP systems and their integrations, data analytics and aware of Data security.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that is aligned and support business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in leading complex technology projects from ideation to implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage entire Tech P&L in past, and build the team from scratch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong expertise in ERP integrations, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps, and Mobile app architecture (iOS/Android)
