Paywize is building India’s most comprehensive fintech operating system – with cutting-edge payout & collection suites, bill payments, connected banking, and developer-first APIs. We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead revenue growth, manage enterprise client relationships, and build a high-performance sales function. The role requires a mix of strategic hunting, account management, and sales leadership. The individual will work closely with the founders and product teams to align sales strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales strategy for enterprise, mid-market, and fintech clients.
  • Build, manage, and scale the sales team with performance-driven culture.
  • Partnerships & Growth
  • Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships with banks, aggregators, and fintech players.
  • Expand Paywize’s presence in new market segments.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management
  • Own and deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
  • Create and manage robust sales pipeline with strong forecasting.
  • Client Success & Retention
  • Work with support and operations teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop account expansion and upselling opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on competitor moves, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development (preferably fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong network across fintech, BFSI, and enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in leading and scaling sales teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
