Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness for spices products. 2. Brand Management: Oversee brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity. 3. Product Positioning: Position spices products effectively in the market, highlighting unique selling points and benefits. 4. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels (social media, email, content marketing) to engage with customers and promote products. 5. Trade Marketing: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales through retail and wholesale channels. 6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activity. Requirements: 1. Proven marketing experience in the FMCG or food industry, preferably in spices or related categories. 2. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, supply chain). 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
