Key Responsibilities & Roles Distributor Network Development: Establish and strengthen distributor/agent networks across India. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage sales & marketing teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Client & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with major industrial clients, consultants, and channel partners. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. Events & Branding: Represent the company through presentations at seminars, conferences, and exhibitions ; drive branding, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives. Sales Operations: Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRM tools. Product Alignment: Collaborate with product development and technical teams to integrate customer feedback into offerings. Required Skills & Competencies Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial preferred). MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in industrial equipment sales & marketing (preferably safety devices, valves, or process equipment). Leadership: Strong people-management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams. Networking: Excellent track record of establishing distributor networks and managing industrial clients across India. Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and execute plans with measurable results.
