  6. Data-driven approach with experience in CRM systems and sales automation tools.

  7. Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.


Educational & Experience Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in

    education, EdTech, training, or international student recruitment

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing teams and multi-location operations.
