Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales based in Jhajjar. The Head of Sales will lead and oversee the sales department, strategize and execute sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing relationships with clients, leading and mentoring the sales team, overseeing sales operations, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies and meeting revenue goals Proven ability in Account Management and building long-term client relationships Exceptional Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams Analytical Skills with the capacity to evaluate market trends and performance metrics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in the polymer industry or related sectors is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
