Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head at HAYLIDE CHEMICALS - India in Jabalpur. The Sales Head will be directly responsible for currently managing a small pan India sales team remotely, Setting up & increasing the pan India Sales team & Dealer network in the near future. Traveling about 10-12 days a month to organize client meets, work with marketing agencies to organize marketing events & train & work with Sales personnel & Dealers during travel.

Working on CRM software, reporting MIS, sales analysis, planning & retention of existing customers will be crucial skills.

The job will be based at Jabalpur so only those with location of Jabalpur city should apply.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA/Graduate (with relevant Sales experience)

(Should be Living in Jabalpur)

• Minimum 10 upto 15 Years work experience in frontline B2B sales.
• Currently Regional Sales head handling multiple locations / States as a minimum position.
• Preferred sectoral experience (B2B only): Cleaning Chemicals & Related Hygiene Consumables & Equipment, HORECA consumable supplies, Industrial Consumables (Food Pharma preferred), Other Consumable Supply.

Salary

6 to 8 LPA depending upon experience (Good prospects for Salary growth in medium term, Long term Stability & good work environment with Employee Friendly Management)
