Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing
Job Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 8 plus years
o Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote FRP Pultrusion and SMC product lines.
o Identify market opportunities in government tenders, EPC contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.
o Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, datasheets, case studies, videos, and product presentations.
o Strengthen brand visibility through trade shows, exhibitions, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.
o Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams.
o Monitor pricing trends, and suggest product positioning accordingly.
o Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and PSU/CPWD/PWD tendering authorities for product approvals.
o Support tender participation by coordinating documentation and marketing inputs.
o Lead B2B digital marketing efforts via LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and company website.
o Supervise content strategy, campaign execution, and lead generation programs.
o Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and interns. o Work closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
