Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to head our Retail Sales function (B2C and B2B2C). This is a high-impact role with full ownership of top line growth across all consumer-facing channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in building scalable revenue engines, leading teams, forging partnerships, and driving execution across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Ownership

  • Take end-to-end ownership of B2C and B2B2C sales strategy and execution.
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team to deliver on aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.

2. Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard ecosystem partners including aggregators, influencers, health platforms, wellness communities, etc.
  • Strengthen distribution, brand visibility, and user acquisition via alliances.

3. Engagement & Gamification

  • Partner with content and marketing to develop user engagement strategies – including gamification, reward systems, and milestone-linked nudges.
  • Improve user LTV through consistent engagement and delight.

4. Product Collaboration

  • Work closely with product & tech to co-create features that enhance user stickiness, conversion, and monetization.
  • Translate frontline sales feedback into product priorities.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with customer success and operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all digital and physical channels.
  • Establish SOPs and automation for communication, onboarding, and customer support.

6. Leadership & Vision

  • Work directly with the founders to align retail sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide strategic input on growth models, product-market fit, and go-to-market plans.

Who You Are:

  • 7–12 years of experience in consumer sales, ideally in Healthtech, fintech, edtech, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling B2C or B2B2C sales engines.
  • Hands-on experience with digital acquisition, performance marketing, CRM, and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.
  • Passion for women’s health and building high-impact businesses in underserved markets.
