As the Head of R&D Electronics at Epsilon Electronic Equipment and Components Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to lead the Research & Development function of a prestigious electronics manufacturing company specializing in signaling and telecommunication equipment for Indian Railways. You will oversee the design, development, and production of complex electronic products, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and standards-compliant output from a team of 5 engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a multidisciplinary R&D team covering electronics, embedded systems, and communication technologies. - Drive the end-to-end development of signaling and telecom products, from requirements through production. - Provide guidance on PCB design, embedded firmware, and system integration. - Ensure all products meet RDSO, Indian Railways, and applicable regulatory standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless prototyping, testing, and productization. - Engage with customers, suppliers, and authorities for trials, validations, and technical approvals. - Establish and enforce robust testing, documentation, and release processes. Required Experience & Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in electronic product design, development, and production. - Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and putting into production electronic products. - Experience with signaling, telecom, or industrial control systems preferred.
